You've got 30 days from delivery to let us know if something's wrong. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received it. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
What We Cover: Damaged item? Defective? We sent the wrong thing? We'll replace it or refund you—no questions asked. That's on us.
What We Don't Cover: Wrong size, change of heart, or just not feeling it anymore. We print everything custom on-demand, which means we can't restock or exchange items. It's not personal, it's just how print-on-demand works.

We're actual humans who respond to emails. We'll review your case and if we screwed up, we'll fix it.
Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to process it. If it's been 15+ days and nothing's showing up, email us—we'll give you a reference number to trace it.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards items can't be returned.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason under EU consumer protection law. Same condition rules apply: unworn, unwashed, original packaging, proof of purchase.
